This role manages IT infrastructure, helpdesk & business applications support, Gen-AI deployment and vendor relationships to optimize operations. Additionally, the person ensures effective facilities management and supports strategic projects that align technology with business objectives. This person will act as the first escalation point for all IT & Cybersecurity matters. With strong leadership and collaboration skills, they drive innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence across the organization.Key responsibilities : Leadership and collaborationGuide, motivate, and develop the IT, Business Applications and administrative team members to ensure high performance and growth.Work closely with the CIO to align technology projects with organizational priorities.Participate in various committees to identify opportunities for technological advancements and improvements.Act as the main point of escalation for IT and cybersecurity matters.IT operations & supportEnsure the performance, security, and scalability of technological systems, including networks, servers, and software. Utilize expertise in the Microsoft Environment, including M365, Azure & Intune.Direct helpdesk operations, ensuring prompt resolution of user issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.Provide hands-on support and collaboration with the team when necessary to address critical needs.Manage Novacap Cyber-Threat-Intelligence (CTI) framework and alerts.Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and overseeing invoices for over 100 vendors.Ensure the lifecycle management of all critical documentation for IT operations, systems, and processes, from creation and maintenance to updates and archiving.Digital transformation, business applications & project managementOversee digital transformation projects, managing the integration of new tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring the organization remain cutting-edge.Lead business project management and delivery efforts, including managing requirements intake, creating user stories, developing technical specifications, and maintaining governance over scope, budget, and timeline.Manage day-to-day operations, patch cycles, security posture, and licensing agreements for Novacap's business applications.Champion the integration of Generative AI (Gen-AI) technologies to improve operational workflows, enhance decision-making, and streamline processes across IT, business applications, and administrative functions.Assisting the CIO in completing external Operational Due-Diligence (ODD) and regulatory questionnaires.Facilities administration and operationsOversee the team responsible for office management, including maintenance, layout adjustments, and logistical needs.Coordinate workspace improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and employee comfort.Manage the facilities operations budget and ensure compliance with internal practices.Required Skills & ProfileMore than 7 years of relevant experience in IT management and helpdesk support, ideally within a financial environment.Expertise in managing technology projects, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.Demonstrated ability to act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment of objectives and seamless communication.Proactive and ready to engage directly with tasks or challenges when needed to support the team and internal customers.Understanding of operational needs related to facilities administration and office management.Ability to solve complex problems and prioritize initiatives in a dynamic environment.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication skills in both French and English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
