Judith & Charles is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our online growth and elevate our omni-channel customer experience. Reporting directly to the President, you will be instrumental in developing and executing our e-commerce strategy, optimizing our Shopify platform, and maximizing revenue across all digital touchpoints. This is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a thriving and expanding fashion brand.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization : Analyze sales trends, website traffic, and customer behavior to optimize conversion rates and improve overall platform performance.
  • Platform Management : Oversee and optimize our Shopify platform, ensuring seamless functionality, speed, and an exceptional user experience. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
  • Merchandising & Content : Manage website merchandising, ensuring product pages are compelling, accurate, and visually appealing, with optimized descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • SEO & Digital Marketing : Implement and optimize SEO strategies, develop and execute paid media campaigns (Google & Meta), and manage email and SMS marketing initiatives.
  • Customer Experience : Monitor customer feedback and insights to continuously refine the online shopping experience.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Track and report on key e-commerce KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Vendor Management : Source, manage, and supervise external teams, agencies, and developers.
  • Industry Expertise : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital innovations.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, ideally within the fashion retail sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Expertise in the Shopify platform and its functionalities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of email and SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
