Marketing Manager – Consumer Packaged Goods

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to take the reins on brand growth and consumer engagement Internationally. This individual will develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, drive consumer demand, and support sales initiatives. They will oversee product marketing, promotional campaigns, digital engagement, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure market success.

The ideal candidate is a brand visionary with a proven track record of success in consumer goods marketing. They thrive in fast-paced environments, are highly analytical, and possess strong leadership abilities. This person is both strategic and execution-focused, bringing creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for innovation to the role.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Planning – Lead the development and execution of long-term marketing plans, ensuring brand positioning aligns with consumer demand and industry trends.
  • Brand Growth & Positioning – Develop compelling brand messaging, oversee packaging evolution, and ensure consistent visual and verbal identity across all channels.
  • Market Insights & Analysis – Utilize market data, competitive intelligence, and consumer research to guide product development, pricing, and promotional efforts.
  • Product Portfolio Management – Assess the existing product lineup, optimize SKUs, and support new product launches with impactful go-to-market strategies.
  • Campaign Execution – Direct the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, traditional advertising, and in-store promotions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into business success.
  • Trade & Retail Strategy – Partner with sales to develop trade marketing initiatives, support key account presentations, and drive retail distribution.
  • Budget Oversight – Manage marketing budgets to maximize return on investment while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Innovation & New Product Development – Support the creation of new products and line extensions by collaborating with R&D and monitoring consumer trends.
  • Event & Sponsorship Management – Plan and execute brand activations, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
  • Strong background in brand management, consumer engagement, and campaign execution.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using market research tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) to inform strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
