Your leadership will drive operational excellence, strategic execution, and measurable profitability for both our clients and our practice.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Profit-Driven Paid Media LeadershipOwn the Paid Media practice across Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, and emerging platforms tailored to client objectives.Partner with clients to build sustainable, scaleable paid media programs that maximize profitability, not just top-line growth - while steering them away from vanity metrics.Maximize profit margins by optimizing campaign structure, audience targeting, and media mix to reduce acquisition costs (CAC) and increase customer value while focusing on long-term client retention.Develop and refine forecasting models to estimate revenue impact, and align investment with business objectives across different channels.Manage and allocate 6+ figure budgets, ensuring strategic investments in high-ROI initiatives.Guide clients through maturity stages—from early-stage testing to enterprise-scale media efficiency.Mentor, train, and develop the paid media team, ensuring they stay at the forefront of industry advancements.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous testing, where every team member thinks like a business owner.Build and enforce a rigorous testing framework (A / B tests, holdout groups, incrementality testing) to drive data-backed decisions.Data-Driven Performance OptimizationGo beyond surface-level PPC metrics—your focus is on EBITDA growth, CLV, CAC efficiency, and overall revenue contribution.Analyze deep performance data using platforms like GA4, Looker, PowerBI, and Datorama to uncover growth opportunities.Leverage automated reporting dashboards to track financial and performance KPIs in real time.Refine attribution models to accurately assess the true impact of paid media investments across customer touchpoints.Collaborate with data teams to integrate AI-driven media buying strategies for more effective budget allocation.Cross-Functional Growth CollaborationWork with Business Intelligence (BI) teams to align paid media efforts with broader data insights and profitability tracking.Partner with eCommerce, analytics, and supply chain teams to ensure paid media strategies align with inventory management, margin optimization, and fulfillment capacity.Advise executive leadership on media investments, budget planning, and long-term growth strategies.Drive omnichannel customer growth by integrating paid media with retention, CRM, and business strategy initiatives.Qualifications5+ years of experience in Paid Media, with a proven track record of scaling eCommerce programs with measurable impact on revenue, CLV, and profitability.3+ years managing and mentoring teams to high performance in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Deep expertise in managing 6-figure budgets, with a focus on allocation, revenue forecasting, and performance modelling.Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Looker, PowerBI, Datorama) with the ability to extract and present meaningful insights.Experience in owning feed management for GMC and Commerce Manager via partners like Feedonomics or apps like DataFeedWatch & Multifeeds.Experience with enterprise platforms like SA360, Campaign Manager, and GA360 is a plus.Strong understanding of EBITDA, customer lifetime value (CLV), CAC efficiency, and profitability optimization.Ability to translate complex financial and performance data into clear, actionable strategies.Ability to think beyond ROAS, understanding full-funnel economics and profitability metrics.Passion for testing, learning, and constantly pushing the boundaries of paid media.Why Join Retailogists?Retailogists isn’t just another performance marketing agency—we’re a full-scale retail growth partner that helps retailers scale using data, technology, and business strategy.We drive results through : Advanced data & BI insights—We don’t rely on gut feelings; we make data-driven decisions.
