Location : Remote Type : Paid Internship Duration : 3–6 months (with potential to extend or go full-time) About Rouge Care Rouge Care is a wellness brand at the intersection of beauty and science, focused on red light therapy and cutting-edge self-care products. We’re a lean, fast-moving team passionate about helping people look and feel their best. We're now looking for a Marketing Assistant Intern to support day-to-day initiatives and bring fresh energy to our campaigns. About the Role You’ll work directly with the Marketing Director (that’s me) on content creation, social media, campaign planning, and general marketing execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real responsibility and isn’t afraid to ask questions, test ideas, and make things happen. What You’ll Do Assist in creating and scheduling social content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Help coordinate product launches, influencer collaborations, and promos Support email marketing (building flows, writing subject lines, testing sends) Organize performance reports, content calendars, and media assets Research trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks Bring new ideas to the table—we’re open to experiments Who You Are A quick learner who’s curious about wellness, beauty, and digital marketing Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently Solid writing skills and a good eye for design (Canva experience is a plus) Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and email tools Bonus : exposure to Meta Ads, Klaviyo, or Shopify What You’ll Get Competitive salary based on experience 25–30 hours per week, flexible schedule Remote-first environment with async collaboration Mentorship and growth opportunities A front-row seat to how a DTC brand grows from the inside
