A career as a Technology Delivery Lead in the Analytics, Data and Digital (ADN) team at National Bank means acting as a leader in technology project management. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your expertise in technology debt management and deliverable management.
Your job
- Ensure constant alignment of deliverables, technological capabilities, and strategic objectives, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the Tech Factory team.
- Follow the Tech Factory's technology roadmap in parallel with that of the overall program, accurately representing activities, risks, and priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners (POs), project managers, and architects, to prioritize and ensure architectural and technology transitions based on associated risks.
- Monitor debt trends (architectural and technical), identifying gaps through well-documented controls and processes.
- Participate in the decision-making process by proactively identifying the actions needed at each stage and ensuring clear traceability between business needs and proposed solutions.
- Maintain architectural documentation, including its evolution, and make it available to interested stakeholders.
- Orchestrate the timely documentation and completion of infrastructure and security action items.
