Responsabilités :

En tant que Directeur(trice) TI, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement et la gestion des systèmes technologiques d’Intersand. Votre leadership de proximité et votre capacité à vous adapter à un environnement dynamique seront essentiels pour accompagner la croissance et la performance de l'entreprise dans les trois principaux volets suivants :

• Le maintien et l’amélioration continue de notre progiciel de gestion intégré (SAP S / 4HANA Cloud Édition Publique).
• Veiller au fonctionnement optimal et à l’évolution de notre progiciel de gestion intégré (SAP S / 4HANA Cloud Édition Publique).
• Diriger plusieurs projets technologiques en parallèle, en s’assurant de leur alignement avec les priorités d’affaire.
• Assurer la protection des données et la conformité aux normes de cybersécurité.

Qualifications :

• BAC en technologies de l’information, en gestion des systèmes informatiques ou domaine connexe.
• Bonne connaissance des systèmes TI, des principaux logiciels/applications bureautiques, de la cybersécurité et des progiciels de gestion intégrés (connaissance de SAP S / 4HANA Cloud Édition Publique, un atout).
• Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis pour soutenir nos opérations à l’extérieur du Québec.

Director of Information Tech overview : As IT Director, you will play a key role in the development and management of Intersand's technology systems. Your hands-on leadership and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment will be essential in supporting the company's growth and performance in the following three main areas :

• Leading the IT team, managing user support and optimizing the technological experience for employees.
• Maintaining and continuously improving our enterprise resource planning system (SAP S / 4HANA Cloud Public Edition).
• Executing our IT Master Plan in conjunction with our external technology partner (vCIO), while ensuring optimal use of external professional resources.

• Effectively managing IT operations and implementing effective processes to improve operational efficiency and support Intersand's objectives.
• Participating in the optimization of technology infrastructures and related systems by working in concert with our external technology partners.
• Ensuring the optimal operation and evolution of our ERP system (SAP S / 4HANA Cloud Public).
• Leading several technology projects in parallel, ensuring their alignment with business priorities.
• Negotiating and managing relationships with suppliers and technology partners.
• Ensuring data protection and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Contributing significantly to the development and implementation of a pragmatic IT strategy tailored to Intersand.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer systems management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in IT, including at least 4 years in team management in an SME.
• Good knowledge of IT systems, main office software/applications, cybersecurity and ERP packages (knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA Cloud Public Edition an asset).
• Bilingualism (French and English) required to support our operations outside.
