We’re looking for a dynamic Client Implementation Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and has deep knowledge of the adtech industry—including experience with web, CTV, gaming publishers, and ideally DSP / SSP platforms.

About the Role

In this senior role, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding and integration processes for our high-profile clients. You will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation that aligns with our cutting-edge identity graph and audience activation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Relationship Management :  Act as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring they understand and derive value from our solutions.
  • Project Management :  Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and track milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :  Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and support teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients in the adtech ecosystem.
  • Issue Resolution & Risk Management :  Proactively identify potential challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement :  Collect and analyze client feedback to refine implementation processes and contribute to overall operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience :  5+ years in client management, project management, or implementation roles—ideally within the adtech industry or working with web / CTV / gaming publishers; experience working with DSP and SSP platforms is a significant asset.
  • Skills :  Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership :  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Knowledge :  A strong understanding of media, advertising, and audience activation, with experience in adtech implementations highly valued.
  • Location & Travel :  Must be in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone, with a willingness to travel regularly to Montreal. Montreal-based experience is a big asset.
  • Language :  English required; French is an asset.
