MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Review and Quality Assurance :  Review documentation for structured notes transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance and maintaining high quality standards.
  • Issuer and Product Analysis :  Analyze issuers and products, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Transaction Management :  Manage a pipeline of transactions, ensuring timely completion and client communication.
  • Database Management :  Develop and maintain a detailed database of transactions
  • Client Support :  Respond to advisor requests and support transaction completion.
  • Operational Coordination :  Coordinate the setup of notes with internal and external teams.
  • Process Improvement :  Develop efficient processes and leverage technology for automation.
  • Marketing Support :  Assist in marketing and raising awareness of structured notes.
  • Relationship Building :  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Education & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience :

  • 3-5 years of experience in structured notes or a related field.
  • Proficiency in French is highly advantageous
  • Specific skills & abilities or areas of knowledge :

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and products with emphasis on structured notes
  • Specificities :

  • Occasional Travel for Business Meetings
  • Hybrid working
