KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of Boucherville branch operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

Team Leadership: Inspire, support, and manage your team, ensuring you have the best talent and that they have the tools and training needed to succeed.

Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients through regular in-person meetings, industry events, and consistent follow-up.

Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all Taiga health and safety standards are met.

Financial Stewardship: Prepare and manage sales and operations plans, monitor compliance, and oversee capital expenditures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a managerial role with full P&L accountability

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Some travel may be required.
  • Ability to conduct presentations to internal and external audiences.
  • Manual dexterity required to daily use laptop computer and peripherals.
  • Overtime as required – off hours communication and interaction may be part of the role from time to time.
