Description de Poste

We’re looking for a Senior UI / UX Designer (Full-Time Contract) with a deep understanding of user-centered design and a passion for experimentation. You’ll work closely with mid-market and enterprise clients to help them grow their online businesses by delivering high-impact, data-informed design solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, integrates easily into client teams, and can independently manage projects from concept to execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience of high-visibility web and mobile initiatives, leveraging research and analytics to drive measurable outcomes.

About Webistry

Webistry is a data-driven digital agency specializing in Performance Marketing, CRO, Experimentation, and Web Design. We’re a team of Paid Media Experts, Conversion Designers, CRO Strategists, Developers, and Digital Specialists—all focused on one mission: helping brands achieve meaningful growth online through experimentation and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with CRO Strategists to craft UX / UI solutions for A / B tests and multivariate experiments across web and mobile platforms.
  • Designing wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for ecommerce sites, landing pages, and complex web applications.
  • Interpreting user research, heatmaps, and analytics to inform and iterate on your designs.
  • Learning from experiment outcomes (wins, losses, inconclusive tests) and applying insights to improve future designs.
  • Integrating with client teams and collaborating with internal Webistry strategists, analysts, and developers to deliver polished, conversion-focused experiences.
  • Driving design excellence across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and usability.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in UX / UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing conversion-driven work.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and self-manage in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Comfortable working with large or complex websites, web apps, and ecommerce experiences.
  • Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure.
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms like Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude, or ContentSquare.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, and visual / graphic design capabilities.
