Today, I'm recruiting for one of my wonderful clients located in Anjou for an IT Manager to support the IT Director on exciting implementation and migration projects, among other things. The position is permanent, hybrid mode, with one day per week in the office, and comes with great benefits.
Responsabilités
- Act as a pillar of the technology strategy, supporting the IT Director, to ensure systems are aligned with business objectives and the deployment of D365 F&O and CE.
- Monitor and adhere to SLAs with our outsourcer for incident and request handling, quickly escalating critical cases.
- Ensure the quality of user support and the satisfaction of internal teams.
- Orchestrate IT hardware inventory and purchases, as well as software license administration and renewal.
- Plan and supervise maintenance operations.
- Implement and update IT policies and procedures, in collaboration with the managed service provider.
- Ensure compliance with Law 25 and the protection of sensitive data.
- Centralize and prioritize the technical needs of departments (Finance, Operations, etc.) to ensure the smooth execution of initiatives.
- Facilitate the flow of information between internal teams and the outsourcer, and provide support in achieving project milestones.
- Contribute to the development of the technology roadmap and make recommendations to maximize return on investment.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of best practices and emerging new solutions.
- Advise the IT Director on strategic decisions related to technological developments and enterprise architecture.
- Support change by acting as an interface between users, project teams, and suppliers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to strengthen the operational efficiency of all IT services.
Qualifications
- College or university degree in computer science, information systems management, or a similar field.
- Solid experience coordinating with external service providers and managed service providers to ensure the rapid resolution of incidents and requests.
- Proven track record in customer support, ideally in a call center or helpdesk.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt your approach to technical and business profiles.
- Proficiency in proactive incident management, with rigorous follow-up until resolution.
- Technological curiosity and a constant desire to update your IT knowledge.
- Organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple simultaneous requests.
- Basic knowledge of IT project management (an asset).
- Strong service orientation and attention to detail, with a constant commitment to user satisfaction.
- Good understanding of IT environments (operating systems, networks, applications).
- Experience with platforms such as FreshService, Genesys Cloud, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 F&O / CE, Power Platform and Azure (asset).
- Occasional availability in the evenings and weekends to support system updates and deployments.

- Communication with international clients: As some of our clients are based abroad, you will be required to communicate regularly with them in English, both orally and in writing.
- Collaboration with English-speaking partners: You will be required to collaborate with English-speaking suppliers and partners to track orders and manage contracts.
- Drafting documents in English: You will be responsible for drafting reports, proposals, and contracts in English for our international clients.
