The ideal candidate should have a robust technical background, with advanced expertise in Java and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience working with enterprise-level systems/platforms, including web development, Angular, React, NodeJS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Extensive experience in managing User Interfaces for data-intensive platforms.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design, design patterns, application architecture, and system integration.
• Proven expertise in designing scalable applications capable of supporting 1000+ concurrent users.
• Hands-on experience with modern distributed technology stacks and development tools.
• Expertise in cloud-based tools and technologies to facilitate cloud platform deployment.
• Proficient in dev-ops tooling and best practices, managing these at the platform level.
• Direct experience in managing large-scale UI products, focusing on delivery, code quality, and ongoing maintenance.
• Proficiency in automated test frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, etc.
• Experience in managing deployments and build frameworks.
• Experience with large codebases/monorepos supporting the continuous development of UI platforms with multiple developers contributing.
• Basic knowledge of databases, particularly SQL.
• Collaborative experience with global stakeholders in product development.
• Ability to lead UX designers and translate UX designs into functional product implementations.
• Strong coordination skills across large teams, ensuring alignment with multi-year roadmaps; serving as the Chapter Lead for front-end development.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-level platforms.
• Ability to mentor and coach teams on best practices in development, particularly with new tech stacks, such as front-end development and cloud technologies.
• A commitment to staying up-to-date with advancements in the UI space to ensure the platform remains modern and technically relevant.

Good to Have Skills :

• Experience with web service development (e.g., REST APIs).
• Familiarity with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Experience with caching solutions for data-intensive user interfaces.
