This company is an innovative, technologically savvy e-commerce gateway. Online merchants use their fault tolerant and reliable payment processing platform to sell products and services to their customers all over the world. Their solid engineering team is comprised of individuals with experience developing mission critical applications, including the communications infrastructure for NASA’s Deep Space Network.

Ils sont à la recherche de quelqu'un pour :

• Lead a team of technical professionals spread across multiple office locations. Provide mentorship, set expectations, and nurture the growth of team members’ technical skills.
• Interface with their internal / external customers to understand requirements, set priorities, and communicate direction and progress.
• Review and evaluate the work of your team to ensure technical accuracy, compliance with project requirements, and alignment with best practices.

Idéalement, vous aurez :

• Experience partnering with product management team.
• A thorough understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures.
• Extensive experience with Java, Python, C++, and other programming languages.
• 2+ years of people management experience, managing developers or engineers.

Points bonus si vous avez :

• Experience with Payment industry and / or PCI environment (We are PCI level 1).
• Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, and test driven development.
