We are a consumer-packaged goods company located in the heart of downtown Montreal. We are seeking a Full-time Customer Service Representative to support the customer service team.

Responsabilités

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customers to provide them with recommendations to agents, delivering the best-in-class customer service to the end user and provide support to implement best practice processes to ensure state of the art service.

Requirements :

  • Bilingual (English & French)
  • Prior experience using Zendesk, an asset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Pays close attention to details.
  • Ability to understand the differences in the product line to provide suitable replacement recommendations for consumers.
  • Retains new SKU information to ensure all customer-facing contact points are up to date on new portfolio.
  • Ensures call wait time stays within corporate limits, advises management of any potential issues.
  • Able to implement process.
  • Friendly, courteous and enjoy dealing with people.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Expérience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role.

Horaires de travail

The work week is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer summer and winter hours when we finish earlier on Fridays.
