Key Responsibilities :
Content Production and Scheduling
- Social Media Management : Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google My Business (GMB).
- Content Creation : Work closely with the marketing team to develop high-quality visual and written assets aligned with our brand voice and goals.
- Content Calendar : Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
Blog and SEO Optimization
Write and optimize blog posts using tools like Surfer SEO, ChatGPT, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to improve search engine rankings and audience engagement. Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to inform blog strategies. Collaborate with writers and designers to create content that aligns with SEO best practices and marketing objectives. Campaign Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to promote products, services, and brand initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, writers, and media specialists) to ensure all assets are created and delivered on time. Monitor campaign progress, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Performance Tracking and Analytics
Develop and define KPIs for social media, blog content, and marketing campaigns. Use analytics tools to track performance across all channels and report insights to the leadership team. Recommend actionable strategies to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Team Collaboration and Leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing team, ensuring effective communication and task delegation. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to maintain high-quality deliverables. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment. Qualifications :
Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management. Proficiency with tools such as Surfer SEO, ChatGPT, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and social media platforms. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both French and English. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Experience with KPI creation and performance tracking across multiple channels. What We Offer :
