Key Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating strategies to establish a lasting digital connection with consumers.
Social Media Management :
Oversee and maintain the company’s presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. Develop and implement engaging content for social channels. Paid Advertising :
Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic. SEO & Website Optimization :
Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research and image optimization, to boost organic traffic. Update and maintain the company’s website to ensure a seamless user experience. Content Marketing :
Generate creative ideas for content marketing campaigns. Draft newsletters and promotional emails, and organize their distribution across multiple channels. Performance Tracking :
Measure the success of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and WebTrends. Analyze data to refine campaigns and improve ROI. Industry Trends :
Stay updated on online marketing trends and integrate innovative strategies. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors as necessary. Qualifications and Skills
Technical Skills
Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing. Proficient in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, or WebTrends. Knowledge of ad-serving tools like DART or Atlas. Creative & Analytical Skills
Strong content writing and creative design abilities. Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Education & Experience
BSc / BA in Marketing or a related field. Previous experience in a B2C digital marketing environment is highly preferred. What We Expect
