Communication Consultant

We are seeking a Communications Advisor for one of our clients, a renowned law firm. Permanent position. Responsibilities :  Implement marketing communication strategies and track performance indicators (KPIs) ;Write and publish internal communications and LinkedIn posts in both French and English, managing the content calendar ;Develop campaigns around events, legal rankings, sponsorships, and recent transactions ;Prepare the firm's submissions for relevant legal rankings and listings ;Update the website and intranet with company news and profiles ;Design and coordinate client events, managing all logistical aspects;Promote events on LinkedIn and oversee their on-site execution ;Analyze event performance and gather feedback to propose improvements ;Assess partnership and sponsorship opportunities, handling logistics for brand visibility initiatives ;Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials ;Let me know if this meets your needs! Profile : Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field ;Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm ;Excellent communication skills ;Bilingual in French and English (English-speaking clients) ;Knowledge of WordPress or Canva (an asset) ;Resourcefulness, proactivity, and strong organizational skills ;Strong client service orientation, professionalism, and discretion ;Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Benefits : 50% employer-paid group insurance ;Employee Assistance Program (EAP) ;Vacation based on experience ;Paid holidays ;Company events ;Group RRSP ;8 personal days ;Friday afternoons off in summer ;Access to telemedicine ;Flexible hours.
