Responsibilities:

• Ensuring and facilitating working collaboration within and between BIS leaders and teams and its strategic suppliers to deliver on commitments and achieve common objectives.
• Define, implement, and ensure adequate governance within BIS and with key suppliers.
• Develop partnerships with external stakeholders/suppliers and drive performance to meet BIS commitments.
• Develop, implement, and support BIS governance models.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to monitor and govern delivery of end-to-end IT services.
• Drive services delivery to ensure proper execution fulfilling SLA, OLA requirements with suppliers.
• Govern the SLA/OLA fulfilment and derive and run actions in case of deviation with supplier.
• Lead and drive operational change and leverage technology enhancements while improving overall performance levels.
• Provide an engaging environment to ensure success for all stakeholders.
• Organize and prioritize strategies, critical issues, and required information to facilitate efficient BIS decision-making and continuous improvement operations.
• Solve complex technology problems.

How to thrive in this role?

• Have strong business knowledge, strategic outlook, and organizational understanding to define the appropriate BIS strategies, aligned with priorities.
• Have a strong understanding of system compliance, policies, and procedures.
• Have strong communication and influencing skills (French and English).
• Be capable of developing partnerships with internal/external stakeholders/suppliers and driving performance to meet commitments.
• Influence and translate needs to strategic roadmap and solutions.
• Be able to deal with ambiguity, take rapid and difficult decisions in a complex and changing environment.
• Hold a University Degree in Management, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
• Have a solid understanding of industry-leading practices and processes.
• Have more than 15 years of experience in a senior management position.
