WHO YOU ARE

As an IT Intern, you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are great at multitasking, communicating, you are driven and are result-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support: Assist with day-to-day operations by being the first line support for cross-functional teams for various systems such as: E-commerce, Customer Service, Stores and Warehouse.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users and escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams or vendors if necessary.
• Document tasks for internal development team.
• Support the IT Senior Program Manager on various tasks such as:
• Support Project communications.
• Prepare training guides for various projects.
• Coordinate tasks with internal development team.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Schooling or working experience in the same role or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Understand project methodology.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written);
