POSITION OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Linux & IAM Administrator to join our dynamic team in Montreal. This hybrid role will require a strong background in Linux system administration, IAM protocols, and development. You will be responsible for supporting Linux Red Hat systems, automating processes, and working with development teams to implement and maintain applications in Kubernetes environments.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and support Linux Red Hat systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain existing client applications using Prolog programming language.
• Develop and implement shell scripts, Python programs, and other scripting languages to automate tasks and processes.
• Design, develop, and deploy database schemas using SQL.
• Write advanced SQL queries and commands to manage and analyze data efficiently.
• Collaborate with development teams to build and deploy applications in Kubernetes.
• Implement and manage containerization using Docker and Podman.
• Ensure compliance with IAM protocols such as OIDC, MTLS, and SAML.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in Linux administration and development.
• Must Have - Experience in Prolog programming language to maintain existing client application.
• Must Have - Expertise in shell scripting, Python programming, and other scripting languages (Perl).
• Must Have - Advanced SQL skills, including database schema design and query optimization.
• Must Have - Strong background in development and Kubernetes.
• Must Have - Knowledge of IAM protocols, including OIDC, MTLS, and SAML.
• Must Have - Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Sybase, DB2 database management systems.
• Good to have - Experience with containerization using Docker and Podman.
• Good to have - Industry certifications, such as cloud certifications (AWS and/or Azure).
