PrecisionERP recruiting is seeking a bilingual (French and English) ServiceNow ITOM Analyst for a one year contract at our client located in Montreal. The candidate would be responsible for the development and delivery of ITOM solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements :
- At least 5 years of experience as a ITOM product owner / analyst / lead.
- Experience with CSDM in a large complex environments
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Event Management
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
