SAP ABAP Programmer Location : Montreal, Toronto, or Ottawa (Ideally In-Person) Mandate Duration : 6 months (with a possibility of extension) Work Schedule : 37.5 hours / weekJob Overview : Our client is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Programmer to support a transformation project, migrating from SAP to Oracle Fusion. The successful candidate will be responsible for data extraction, custom report development, and optimization within SAP ECC.Key Responsibilities : Develop ABAP code to extract data from SAP ECC for migration.Analyze and work with SAP ECC Finance, Procurement, and SCM backend tables to write queries and reports.Design and develop custom SAP reports and manage various programming objects.Optimize data extraction performance for efficiency and accuracy.Required Qualifications : 6+ years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer with a focus on data extraction for migration. Hands-on experience in SAP conversion / migration projects and full project lifecycle implementation. Strong SAP system analysis, design, coding, and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with ITSM / ITIL frameworks, Agile methodologies, and Google Productivity Suite (or similar tools).Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.French Proficiency : 4 / 5Preferred Qualifications : SAP certification or training is a plus.
