A rapidly expanding international company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow its presence in the Montreal financial sector. This role is ideal for both junior and experienced sales professionals eager to work with financial institutions and fintechs, promoting innovative IT, data, and staff augmentation solutions.

What You Will Do :

  • Identify and qualify leads within the Montreal financial sector

  • Represent the company at key financial industry events
  • What You Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree (finance or business preferred)
  • Experienced Level : 1 - 4+ years of BDR or sales experience, ideally in financial services
  • Knowledge of financial technologies, markets, or staffing solutions is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in French and English is required
