As a Senior AI Scientist - Language Models in the Industrialization and AI team within the Data Management and Valorization sector at National Bank, you'll be an AI specialist in NLU / NLP and LLM models. With your skills in machine learning, your experience in deploying AI models, and your knowledge of the Bank's products, you'll have a positive impact on customer and employee experiences as well as profitability.

Votre rôle :

• Participer à l'exploration, au développement et à l'opérationnalisation de solutions automatisées complètes basées sur l'intelligence artificielle pour répondre à des problèmes bancaires concrets.
• Assurer une collaboration étroite avec d'autres scientifiques en IA, les lignes de métier, les équipes informatiques et les équipes de sécurité pour mener à bien des initiatives ayant un impact positif sur les clients et les employés de la Banque Nationale.
• Comprendre et s'adapter aux contraintes d'explicabilité, réglementaires et d'opérationnalisation pour accélérer le développement et l'opérationnalisation des modèles d'intelligence artificielle.
• Agir en tant que leader scientifique dans les projets d'IA, ayant une compréhension complète des défis et une solide connaissance des produits bancaires.
• S'immerger dans les lignes de métier et comprendre la réalité commerciale complexe.

Votre équipe :

As part of the Data Management and Valorization sector for Individuals (GVDP), you’ll be on a team of 9 colleagues and you’ll report to the Principal Analytics Director. Our team stands out for its expertise in artificial intelligence models (predictive, machine learning, NLU / NLP, LLMs) and their operationalization applied to credit risk, financial crimes, conversational robots, and content generation. We work closely with different business lines and various IT teams to ensure successful delivery. We offer a wide range of ongoing learning opportunities for your development, including hands-on learning, training courses, and collaborating with colleagues who have varied expertise and profiles.

Prérequis :

• Master's degree, Ph.D., or any diploma related to statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, or another relevant domain in AI.
• 4 years or more of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other related fields with strong knowledge of BERT models, and a good knowledge of LLMs, RAG and prompt engineering.
• Expert knowledge of programming in Python, advanced skills with PySpark and Snowpark, and advanced SQL queries and schema.
• Advanced knowledge of DEV tools such as Git, Github Copilot, and Jenkins, and cloud tools AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning optimization tools such as MLFlow and Hyperopt.
• Interest in communication and interpersonal relationships and a desire to work effectively as part of a team.
