Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for optimizing processes and supporting operational success? Our client’s manufacturing facility in Montreal (South Shore QC) is looking for a Production Supervisor to work closely with the Plant Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Plant Manager in executing operational strategies and driving efficiency on the production floor.
• Supervise and mentor frontline employees, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Assist in implementing change management initiatives to enhance workflows and performance.
• Promote employee engagement, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee daily production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on incident reporting, WSIB claims, and employee relations matters.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to operational planning to achieve business goals.

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years experience in a supervisory or team lead role within manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and motivate teams.
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies, process improvement, and best practices in manufacturing.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site during day shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.
