About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Application Engineer to support customers in integrating our products into their designs. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong technical expertise, and problem-solving skills.You will work cross-functionally with leadership, marketing and communications, sales, and R&D, to support the company’s growth, visibility, and strategic positioning in the quantum tech space.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Technical IntegrationAssist customers with integrating our products into their designs.Provide on-site and remote technical support for troubleshooting and optimization.Collaborate with Sales to recommend the best solutions for customer needs.Documentation & Technical ContentGenerate application notes to demonstrate product functionality.Write and maintain datasheets, user guides, and technical documentation.Develop demonstration hardware and software to showcase key features.Product & Market DevelopmentWork with Marketing to identify key features and new product opportunities.Provide feedback to R&D and Product Management on customer challenges and feature requests.Support the development of training materials and workshops for internal teams and customers. QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in software engineering, IT, or Electrical Engineering.3-5 years of experience in the IT communications industry (wireless, networking, embedded systems, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred SkillsHands-on experience with embedded systems, software development, or network security.Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (C / C++, Python, or similar).Familiarity with hardware debugging tools and lab equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers).Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly solutions.A background in software, IT, or electrical engineering, with 3-5 years of experience in the IT communications or cybersecurity industry. Experience and skills in cybersecurity are a significant plus.Depending on experience and preference, this role can focus more on field applications (customer-facing, tied to sales) or office applications (technical expertise, supporting internal teams).
