As a qualitative analyst, you will work on varied and captivating marketing research projects for major clients, and be involved in every step of the process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE

  • Plan and coordinate projects with various internal teams
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis (scoping and managing projects)
  • Design tools to collect qualitative data in line with client needs (e.g. discussion guides)
  • Conduct one-on-one interviews (exploratory, UX testing, etc.)
  • Manage online research community activities
  • Analyze data collected and write research reports including strategic recommendations
  • Present research reports to clients
  • SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing OR related field (e.g. Sociology, Ethnology, Anthropology, Psychology, Communications, Management, Political Science, etc.)
  • Bilingualism : Expert in English to serve our native English-speaking customers around the world and write native-level reports; advanced in French to work efficiently with our teams.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and responsibility for deliverables
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, manage time effectively, juggle several projects, perform several tasks at the same tim and meet tight deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
