This role sits within Laurentian Bank.
The incumbent will actively participate in the analysis, planning and operationalization of various initiatives in the Change Management team of the Personal & Commercial Banking business line. He / she will be responsible for setting up dashboards, presentations, documenting and standardizing business processes and centralizing data for the portfolio of strategic initiatives involving the business line.

Responsibilities
- Understand business needs / requirements, analyze gaps and impacts, document and present current and future business processes, document timelines, resource planning, etc. for various business line initiatives.
- Assist senior change management advisors in their day-to-day activities, from deployment to monitoring of initiatives.
- Participate in the facilitation of stakeholder workshops to plan and coordinate these initiatives.
- Support the implementation of these initiatives.
- Establish and maintain dashboards and executive presentations to communicate and provide visibility on the progress of the sector's work.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of business line change management policies and guidelines.
