This role sits within Laurentian Bank.

The incumbent will actively participate in the analysis, planning and operationalization of various initiatives in the Change Management team of the Personal & Commercial Banking business line. He / she will be responsible for setting up dashboards, presentations, documenting and standardizing business processes and centralizing data for the portfolio of strategic initiatives involving the business line.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business needs / requirements, analyze gaps and impacts, document and present current and future business processes, document timelines, resource planning, etc. for various business line initiatives.
  • Assist senior change management advisors in their day-to-day activities, from deployment to monitoring of initiatives.
  • Participate in the facilitation of stakeholder workshops to plan and coordinate these initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of these initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain dashboards and executive presentations to communicate and provide visibility on the progress of the sector's work.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of business line change management policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant field;
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
  • Oral and written bilingualism
  • English and French)
  • Analytical and business acumen;
  • Experience in data processing and analysis;
  • Autonomy, initiative, leadership and ability to challenge the status quo
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a changing environment;
  • Proficiency in the Office suite : Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project.
  • Knowledge of Confluence and Jira is an asset.
  • Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matters with internal and external parties in both languages.
