Your role :

You will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the integrity of documentation required by customers, an essential step in ensuring the delivery of orders for highly technically complex products.

Desired profile :

  • College diploma (DEC) in administration;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in quality control and documentation in the manufacturing sector;
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel;
  • Good knowledge of Outlook and the Office Suite;
  • Eligible for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP);
  • Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.

    Your main responsibilities would be :

  • Identify documentation needs according to quality control instructions (QCI);
  • Collect and prepare the required documents throughout the production process (test reports, certificates of conformity, etc.);
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of documents and perform necessary follow-ups;
  • Collaborate with production supervisors to resolve documentation issues;
  • Coordinate production hold points requiring the presence of customer representatives;
  • Work with third-party inspectors (TPI) to resolve document compliance issues;
  • Maintain and update quality control databases and generate reports.
