Qualifications requises

• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en veille technologique et en architecture informatique
• Maîtrise de Linux / Unix, bonnes bases de Windows
• Connaissances en réseaux, certificats, équilibrage de charge, etc.
• Scripting (Python, Perl, Bash)
• SQL, outils d'automatisation (Ansible, Jenkins, Git)
• Certification Dynatrace (ou à obtenir dans les 3 mois)
• Bilingue : anglais et espagnol requis

Atouts

• Expérience avec ITRS Geneos
• Expérience en environnement bancaire ou réglementé
• Connaissance des bonnes pratiques ITIL

Description du poste

Équipe spécialisée en automatisation et observabilité, soutenant les opérations informatiques critiques. Le rôle consiste à maintenir une plateforme de surveillance fiable et performante, 24 h / 24 et 7 j / 7, tout en favorisant l'intégration continue d'outils modernes. Le poste comprend également une astreinte par rotation.

Tâches principales

• Support et gestion de la plateforme de surveillance (Dynatrace, ITRS Geneos)
• Intégration et architecture des solutions de surveillance
• Production de la documentation technique
• Participation aux audits de conformité
• Collaboration avec les fournisseurs de technologies externes et les équipes mondiales

Specialized automation and observability team supporting critical IT operations. The role involves maintaining a reliable and high-performance monitoring platform 24 / 7 while promoting the continuous integration of modern tools. The position also includes rotating on-call duties.

Main Duties

• Support and management of the monitoring platform (Dynatrace, ITRS Geneos)
• Integration and architecture of monitoring solutions
• Production of technical documentation
• Participation in compliance audits
• Collaboration with external technology providers and global teams

Job Requirements

• The candidate must possess the following qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in technology monitoring and IT architecture
• Proficiency in Linux / Unix, good foundation in Windows
• Knowledge of networks, certificates, load balancing, etc.
• Scripting (Python, Perl, Bash)
• SQL, automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Git)
• Dynatrace certification (or required within 3 months)
• Bilingual: English and Spanish required

• Experience in a banking or regulated environment
