Overview

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support the Deployment Ordering Framework (DOF) — an Agile software release team responsible for the design and delivery of web and API solutions. This role will provide leadership in Agile methodologies and support cross-functional teams in the development of backend and frontend systems through customer-centered design, technology modernization, and DevOps culture.

You will work with technical teams to drive high-quality software solutions by ensuring alignment to Agile principles, facilitating team collaboration, and guiding solution delivery through Agile ceremonies and practices. This position requires strong experience in software development life cycle, Agile frameworks (Scrum / SAFe), and delivery in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Coach, mentor, and guide teams to self-organize and adopt Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Architects to plan and execute deliverables aligned with technical solution designs.
• Support development of enterprise-level APIs and web solutions with a strong focus on integration, performance, and scalability.
• Foster continuous improvement in team velocity, quality, and Agile maturity.
• Manage dependencies, remove impediments, and ensure transparency of progress through metrics and reporting tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure team deliverables align with architecture standards and compliance frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, or CoBiT.
