What you'll do:

  • Lead virtual team of experienced technical professionals to develop new best-in-class Wireless, Wireline, Voice and Data network solutions for large and complex network and business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders including business, functional peers, and senior leaders on cross-functional initiatives, and establish constructive working relationships to build influence and achieve alignments.
  • Support and guide the team in medium to long term Network Service strategies and roadmap development in alignment with business objectives and in coordination with Network Platform roadmap development.
  • Work in coordination with Product Management on development of business requirements.
  • Managing technology introduction throughout the solution development and deployment cycle, including business requirement alignment, solution design, vendor management.
  • Ability to perform End to End network service Impact Assessment.
  • Identify and provide recommendations for needed technologies and vendors to fulfill the outlined objectives.

What you bring:

  • 4+ years of experience leading large-scale, technical, or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing business benefits, and successful program completion.
  • Experience in a direct or matrixed role leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.
  • A history of problem solving and innovation developing technology programs and working across different organizations.
  • Ability to take an overall view of all business requirements of a telecom service, and in a timely manner translate the business requirements into an End-to-End network architecture/solution, with impact analysis and development/adaptation required for individual network elements.
  • Capable to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Graduate or Undergraduate university degree in Computer Science, or Electrical/Computer/Electronics/Telecommunications engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge and proven practical experience with LTE/EPC, 5G SA and NSA Mobile networks, Mobile services (VoLTE/CS Voice, Mobile Broadband Data, Messaging, Location, IoT services, Roaming) and IP, in area of technologies, architecture design and deployment.
  • Experience or knowledge in Regulatory and Security requirements and solutions for wireless services and networks.
  • Experience or Knowledge of Telco Cloud, NFVi, Containerization, MEC, and Network slicing solution design and deployment.
  • Knowledgeable of Telecom Industry standards and forums, such as 3GPP, GSMA, OMA, ITU-T, IETF.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week.
