Responsabilités Principales :

Artistic & Creative :

• Provide LX designs for our clients.
• Provide creative designs and solutions for clients.
• Create, record, and back up documentation to a high standard.

Technical Setup and Operation :

• Assist in setting up and operating technical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events to minimize disruptions.

Event Preparation :

• Plan our LX installation through CAD plans.
• Collaborate with the production team to understand event requirements and logistics.
• Conduct equipment checks and ensure all technical components are in working order before events.

Live Event Support :

• Operate and control PixMob lighting equipment, following cues and scripts during live events.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal quality.

Safety and Compliance :

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment during events.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent hazards.

Team Collaboration :

• Work closely with technical and production teams to coordinate event logistics and provide support as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth event execution.
• Collaborate with the rest of your coworkers while onsite, helping as they face challenges to facilitate team collaboration.

Post-Event Duties :

• Assist in the teardown and packing of equipment after events.
• Participate in post-event debriefs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Expérience & Qualifications :

• Technical certifications or training in live event production are a plus.
• 3 - 5+ years previous experience in live event production, lighting technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to operate audio, visual, and lighting equipment.
• Experience with MA2 or MA3 Console.
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and software (e.g., soundboards, lighting control systems, projection systems).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in live event production.
• Fluent in English and knowledge of French.
• Available to travel 50% of the time.
• Bilingualism (French and English). The person must be able to communicate in English (written and oral) since we have employees outside Quebec.
