Responsibilities

  • Contract for a maternity leave replacement
  • Execute marketing projects under the direction of the Director, Growth Marketing & Lead Generation.
  • Implementation of integrated marketing campaigns in CRM, including building customer journeys, segmentation, and automated lead nurturing (drip campaigns).
  • Work with the Content Strategist to publish and promote content through digital channels (social, email, website).
  • Manage and oversee the logistics of events (in-person and virtual) such as conferences, trade shows, and webinars, by identifying and assembling requirements, establishing contacts, and promotional efforts.
  • Coordinate the production of creative assets and marketing collateral as needed for social media, email, and events - including graphic design, sourcing images, PowerPoint presentations, and simple short videos, etc.
  • Liaise with team members to help compile and analyze data to accurately report the impact and outcomes of our marketing activities.
  • Other administrative tasks as needed.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (marketing, business, communication).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar marketing role.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in event planning preferred.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, or other.
  • Working knowledge of website CMS such as WordPress, Optimizely, Drupal, Joomla, or other would be an asset.
  • Intermediate graphic design and video editing skills would be an asset.
  • Ability to take an engaged role and learn about our systems and tasks. The ideal candidate will be confident and resourceful enough to tackle what needs to be done.
  • Strong communicator and a demonstrated team player.
  • Proactive and reliable, with a positive “get things done” attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to tackle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • To be able to properly serve the employees of our English-speaking and French-speaking offices, as the head office is in Montreal, we need someone perfectly bilingual (French and English).
