Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Network Architect to enhance the use of Dynatrace and Aternity products that are currently deployed on the network. The network was designed and implemented over a decade ago. Over the years, the network has become increasingly complex and difficult to manage, given the numerous technology changes, adaptations, and additions. The Network Modernization project is tasked with implementing a modern network, which focuses on simplifying network management, with a view to eliminating Network Technical Debt. The Network Modernization Project is a challenging, 6-year infrastructure project that will address the network technical debt by replacing and modernizing the current network. The primary goal of the project is to implement, in an agile fashion, a flexible, scalable network that will be a modern foundation for current requirements and its future Service Delivery vision.

Tâches :

• From the analysis phase, work with internal and external SMEs to develop a series of recommendations on Dynatrace and Aternity technologies that are currently deployed on the client's networks and managed by SSC.
• Work with the client organization and SSC to enhance the use of the Dynatrace and Aternity products;
• Provide expertise, recommendations, and guidance on the technologies to the Project leadership and executives;
• Contribute to the development of project artefacts;
• Contribute to the development of briefing materials;
• Contribute to the development of trend analysis reports;
• Contribute to the development of a user/application monitoring center of excellence;
• Provide expertise on the sequencing of project deliverables;
• Research and recommend end user and application monitoring improvements from best practices and industry direction;
• Identify business and technology trends that create opportunities for user/application monitoring improvements;
• Coach, mentor, and train the organization staff.

Must-haves :

• Previous working experience with Dynatrace and Aternity products
• Enhanced Reliability clearance
