Profile :
Our client creates digital assessment tools used by health professionals and is looking for a digital marketing specialist who will be responsible for enhancing the company's digital presence. You will have responsibility for many aspects and will never be bored. You'll shape the website, map out social media, interact with suppliers, have access to senior leaders and run targeted campaigns across the different platforms. You’ll help spread the word about our innovative solutions, connect with healthcare professionals, and grow our online presence.

Base $80,000-$85,000
Commissions / Bonus :
5% bonus based on deliverables

Functions :
- Lead the development of a high-traffic commercial website, ensuring a seamless user experience and strong performance.
- Define the website vision, structure user journeys, and implement a data-driven SEO strategy.
- Work with outside agency and negotiate agreement
- Monitor and analyze website and digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Oversee the CRM development roadmap
- Manage the content strategy and calendar
- Manage budgets and source vendors effectively
- Lead and coordinate internal and external teams for seamless execution of website development
- Develop our social media calendar

Languages :
Excellent spoken and written English
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
Training :
On the job training
Overnight Travel :
3 conferences to attend per year
Years of experience :
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a technical complex product / service
Other requirements :
- Experience building and managing a large commercial website (not a developer)
- Track record of success
- Have worked on webinars for clients

Transferable Knowledge :
- Experience with Canva is a huge asset
- Strong CRM experience needed
- Must have a grasp of Google Analytics 4
- Must know Google Ads
- You understand the back end of a website
