We’re a Montreal-based online retailer of premium quality essentials, known particularly so far for our men’s boxer briefs. We have been rapidly growing since launching in 2021, and the brand is truly at a turning point to becoming a household name in Canada, and already growing in parallel in the US market.

Who are we looking for?

As the Production Coordinator , you’ll be at the heart of our operations, driving the smooth and efficient execution of production processes.

Is this for you?

We are growing so rapidly, so things are changing quickly, and an in-house presence is required. At this time, we can’t accommodate any “remote” or “hybrid” type of work arrangements. The role requires regular travel to suppliers and factories, both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities :

• Use inventory forecasts provided by the Finance department to ensure that supply and demand requirements are met.
• Work with factory planning departments to develop strict timelines to ensure that milestones and ex-factory dates are always adhered to.
• Adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate shifts in forecasts and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Ensure production aligns with market demands and business goals
• Work with suppliers to bring all outsourced components of our global supply chain into our own management and coordinate with all the related parties within the product manufacturing cycle.
• Oversee daily production operations and make real-time adjustments to production runs based on operational efficiency, supply chain issues, or market shifts
• Ensure that all production commitments are met.
• Work closely with QA and QC teams to ensure that inspections and lab tests are conducted and the reports are shared with the parties involved.
• Issue and manage purchase orders for raw materials and other necessary components, ensuring timely and accurate procurement.
• Coordinate with import and logistics teams to ensure smooth movement of goods across borders, handling customs clearance and compliance as needed.

Notre croissance est très rapide, les choses évoluent vite et une présence en interne est nécessaire. Pour l'instant, nous ne pouvons pas accepter de modalités de travail à distance ou hybrides. Ce poste nécessite des déplacements réguliers chez les fournisseurs et dans les usines, tant au niveau national qu'international.
