Systems Integration Specialist

The System Deployment Specialist will join the IBS Software Canada Team, located in Montréal, IBS’ center of excellence for optimization. This team focuses on developing a suite of customized crew planning and optimization solutions that balance airline interests with those of planners and crew members.We are looking for a skilled Installation Technician / System Deployment Specialist to perform software and / or hardware installations in client system environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively with clients and internal teams.Key Responsibilities : Install, configure, and integrate software and / or hardware solutions in client environments.Ensure installations meet client requirements, industry standards, and company best practices.Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve installation issues.Provide technical support and guidance during and after installation.Document installation processes, configurations, and any encountered issues.Collaborate with internal teams (e.G., engineering, support, and sales) to ensure smooth deployments.Required Qualifications : Experience in system installations, IT deployments, or a related field.Strong technical knowledge of Linux OS, AWS, Networking, Ansible, Docker, PostgreSQL (or other related SQL engines)Experience with system integration, troubleshooting, and debugging.Ability to work independently and manage multiple installations efficiently.Willingness to travel to client sites if required.Preferred Qualifications (nice to have) : Experience with automation scripts or deployment tools.Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices for system installations.Certifications in [e.G., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, etc.At IBS Software, Inc., the successful candidate can look forward to : A competitive Base Salary and Performance Based Variable Compensation Pay and Company paid employee benefits designed to promote financial security and to uphold a profound sense of belongingness.Working with the latest technologiesCollaborating with the brightest minds in the industryReceiving global exposureBenefiting from continuous learning programsFunctioning out of state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructurePerformance-based career growthJoining an excellent work cultureIBS is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
