Location : Brossard, QC

Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Pay Rate : $28 / hr.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide onsite technical assistance and white-glove service to end-users, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Offer guidance on technology use, application features, and hardware selection.
  • Conduct software and personal training sessions for users on standard tools and applications.
  • Act as a liaison between users and technical support teams, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improving the user experience.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a technical support or deskside support role.
  • Strong knowledge of software and hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and client expectations.
  • A+ Certification and Microsoft MCP Certification are preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
