RentBolt is a fast-growing real estate leasing company operating across Quebec and Ontario. We are currently seeking a driven and professional Sales Development Representative to support our business development efforts by acquiring new partnerships, expanding market shares, and building strong client relationships.
This position is ideal for a confident communicator and strategic closer with experience in B2B sales or the real estate sector. The role involves both in-office and on-site client meetings and requires occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, engage, and acquire new clients
- Prospect and research key accounts
- Follow up with key opportunities frequently
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals and service presentations
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, activity, and signed agreements in the CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account activation
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly acquisition targets
- Attend in-person property visits and meetings as required; occasional inter-city travel may be necessary
