I am currently recruiting a Grain Center Coordinator for one of my clients, an agricultural company in the Montérégie region.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks :

• Ensure the application of and compliance with the company's HACCP / BRC, sanitation and occupational health and safety standards by its employees
• Work closely with the Production Planner and Production Manager to meet customer order specifications and deliveries
• Assume responsibility for the development and implementation of the production plan while maintaining effective policies and procedures
• Train, empower and supervise your team of unionized employees
• Monitor the performance of your team
• Demonstrate leadership and maintain a healthy team atmosphere
• Be proactive in identifying problems and implementing solutions
• Oversee and enforce all aspects of OHS
• Other related duties

Salary : 60k to 70k + 5% annual bonus

Schedule : Sunday to Thursday (3pm to 11pm)
