General Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and update HR documents.
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Manage general administrative tasks such as office organization, supplies inventory, and document management.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Coordinate company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Assist in processing payroll-related documentation and employee timesheets.
- Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist with event planning, including quarterly events, company gatherings.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and itineraries of executives.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools. Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations in Quebec is preferred. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Previous experience in an executive support or administrative role is an asset Why work with us :
