The Résidences Cogir / Cogir Senior Living Digital Development team, including a project manager and a full-stack developer, is looking for a Digital Production Coordinator passionate about web development and digital platform management. You will play a key role in the evolution and performance of our website. Your goal: to ensure a seamless, intuitive experience aligned with our brand universe.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the digital team by translating business needs into technical requirements to propose tailored solutions for optimizing internal processes.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to integrate responsive/adaptive visual content and editorials that align with the brand universe.
  • Implement and maintain site functionalities on each residence’s pages across Canada.
  • Monitor site usage and performance data using tools and reports from Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Search Console.
  • Create and update content in CMS according to marketing, editorial, or branding needs.
  • Act as a coach to train the marketing team on best practices for Google My Business, Apple Business Connect, and Bing Places.
  • Strong SEO knowledge is required.
  • Train internal users on tools developed by the digital department, such as a customized CMS.
  • Play a central role in quality assurance before and after production deployments.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

  • Proven experience with custom-made CMS (Laravel).
  • Solid understanding of web hosting concepts (DNS, server errors and redirects).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Advanced proficiency with tools like Google My Business, Bing Places, and Apple Business Connect.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Keen eye for detail, design, and user experience.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with non-technical profiles.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a digital agency or within a digital department.
  • College-level technical diploma.
  • Certification in digital marketing or web design.
