Key Responsibilities :

• Data Integration & Enhancement: Augment and integrate data sources, including Wireless accounts and contacts, to create and maintain customer golden keys (customer attributes).
• Unified Data Foundation: Continuously create, enhance, and maintain customer golden keys to establish a unified customer dimension foundation.
• User Management: Execute On-Demand user registrations and manage user permissions using golden keys with management attributes.
• Data Governance: Perform ongoing data governance, enhancements, and maintenance, including Silver Key to Golden Key migrations.
• Automation Development: Deploy new data opportunities by integrating various dimensions (Product & Contract) to enable true automation and an optimized On-Demand experience.

Requirements :

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Bilingual Data Integration Specialist [French / English].
• Geography Knowledge: Familiarity with Canadian Geography, including mapping of addresses, business names, and registries.
• Technical Expertise: Understanding of data platforms and tools, such as SQL and Excel.
• Availability: Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM EST. Weekends may be required only in rare situations.
• Remote Work Capability: Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to the office for troubleshooting technical issues related to laptop, network, tools, etc.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
