Job Description : Graphics Coordinator (Marketing)

Contract Duration : 9 months – with possible extension

Salary Range : $50,000 to $80,000 (depending on experience)

Location : On-site - Ville Saint-Laurent

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Coordinator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to bring your artistic and organizational skills together to create compelling visual materials that strengthen our brand. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team, design experts, and executives to ensure consistent, high-quality branding across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Content Coordination : Manage content creation and publishing schedules across platforms, including social media, the website, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Customer Engagement : Respond to customer queries on various digital channels.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team and graphic artists to develop visual strategies that align with brand goals.
  • Vendor & Freelancer Management : Coordinate with external partners for specialized design needs.
  • Quality Assurance : Review designs for accuracy and brand compliance before production.
  • Digital Marketing :
  • Manage Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Plan and oversee email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and optimize Google Ads and social media campaigns.
  • Update and maintain the company website and manage editorial calendars for social media.
  • Strategic Initiatives : Recommend tools and techniques to streamline workflows, stay updated on industry trends, and contribute to marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management : Ensure all projects are delivered within the allocated budget.

Qualifications

  • Education : Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience : At least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills : Proficient in Shopify, HubSpot, Trello, and digital marketing tools; knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus.
  • Portfolio : Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in French is an asset.
  • Organizational Abilities : Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Collaboration : A proven team player with the ability to work across departments.
  • Contract Type : Long term - Temp to perm
