Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing strategies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role focuses on managing social media, assisting with campaigns, coordinating with external partners, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement and supporting the team’s growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets, segmented CRM communications to users, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to track performance, execute strategies, and support ongoing marketing optimization.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across social platforms while monitoring engagement metrics and performance.
• Maintain marketing calendars, track project timelines, and compile performance reports to support team planning and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing or coordination role, preferably within SaaS or digital products.
• Hands-on experience with social media marketing and CRM communications.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email / CRM platforms).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and marketing automation tools.
